After my own 6-year battle with infertility and IVF, I created The IVF Positivity Planner to provide support and coping strategies for other women going through IVF.

Now an international best-seller, I’m so proud to say that it’s helped women all over the world regain control and feel calmer, more informed and more positive throughout fertility treatment.

I took the learnings and successes of my IVF Planner and adapted them to help women through their next major life stage – their Menopause to give them the support and guidance they need and deserve!

So, I’ve created these planners to help you reprioritise yourself and your emotional wellbeing.

Their purpose is to help you feel happier, more in control and able to prioritise what is important to you and your mental health.
