After my own 6-year battle with infertility and IVF, I launched “The IVF Positivity Planner”.

I’m so proud to say that it’s helped women all over the world regain control and feel calmer, more informed and more positive throughout fertility treatment.
Now, I have taken the learnings from the IVF Positivity Planner to support those going through their peri-menopause and menopause transitions too.
Our generation has come a long way in boosting awareness about women’s health issues, from periods to fertility to mental health.
And now, though we are finally discussing fertility and menopause more openly, there is still far too little support and understanding for those of us going through these challenging life events.
We are half the population, after all!
