As part of my Taking Control series I have interviewed the very lovely Diane Danzibrink, founder of Menopause Support and the amazing national campaign#MakeMenopauseMatter, a campaign to increase awareness and support through training for GPs, menopause education in schools and workplaces.

In this interview we talk about the importance of raising awareness and support, how employees can start conversations with their employers about menopause support and practical actions you can take if you are struggling with your menopause.

Diane and Menopause Support have loads of great resources that you can read to get help and advice on coping through the menopause, www.menopausesupport.co.uk.

You can also sign the petition to improve menopause support in healthcare, schools and workplaces on the below link...https://www.change.org/p/make-menopau...

The taking control series has been developed to give you lots of ways you can start to feel more in control, whatever your menopause experience is like. I've been recording interviews with some amazing people to get some insight and advice on how you can take back control of your life, whatever your situation, and I will be continuing to share them.
