As part of my Taking Control series I have interviewed the amazing Zoe Clarke-Coates MBE, co-founder the Mariposa Trust, a leading support charity primarily working within the field of baby loss and bereavement.

Zoe talks about her heartbreaking journey to have her family, how she set up the charity and the support it now offers millions of families every year.

Zoe offers advice on coping after the loss of your baby, at any age or gestation, and how those around you can support you through baby loss.

She also talks about pregnancy after loss, how to cope through the anxieties and fears it can bring.

  • You can follow Zoe on Instagram onhttps://www.instagram.com/zoeadelle/ where she shares lots of great advice and support.
  • You can find out more about the support offered and the dates and locations of the Saying Goodbye ceremonies on the website...https://www.sayinggoodbye.org/
  • You can buy all of her books on Amazon - and if cost is a barrier for you, you can access them on Amazon Audible.

The taking control series has been developed to give you lots of ways you can start to feel more in control, whatever your journey looks like, and to highlight the different support available to you.
