Real stories. Real support. Knowing you're not alone can make a huge difference during infertility.

That's why I've recorded conversations with incredible people who have generously shared their own fertility journeys, the challenges they've faced, and how they're now using their experiences to support others navigating infertility and fertility treatment.

In this conversation, I chat with Katie Rollings from Fertility Action to talk openly about the realities of infertility and the emotional rollercoaster that so many people experience while trying to build their family.

Katie shares her own seven-year journey through fertility treatment, unexpected diagnoses, and the impact infertility had on every aspect of life, including work, relationships, mental health, and identity.

Together, we discuss the complex emotions that often accompany infertility, from hope and resilience to grief, jealousy, guilt, and isolation, and why these feelings are far more common than many people realise.

We also talk about the importance of finding trustworthy information, seeking support from people who truly understand, and giving yourself permission to do what feels right for you throughout treatment.

Katie shares how her personal experience led her to establish Fertility Action, a charity dedicated to improving fertility education, patient support, and access to treatment.

Whether you are just beginning your fertility journey or have been navigating it for some time, this conversation offers reassurance, practical advice, and the comforting reminder that you are not alone.

My hope is that by sharing stories from others, you'll come away feeling more informed, more understood, and more empowered to navigate your own path in the way that feels right for you.

I’ve tagged Fertility Action below so you can find out more information about the amazing work they are doing and how they can support you too.
